Directions of Use:
-Use at end of day or after workouts to promote relaxation on sore muscles and everyday aches.
-Gently shake bottle and mist directly on desired area. Do not use if pregnant.
-Magnesium is well know for its relaxing properties.
-If your skin is very dry, we would recommend applying lotion or cream to skin first.
-May cause a tingly itchy sensation right after application, it will subside and diminish with time.
